Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated long-haul routes across Western US
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency while prioritizing safety and on-time performance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic records (ELD compliance)
- Represent our company with professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated routes preferred
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with ELD systems and basic navigation technology
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
