Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes (NM, AZ, CO, TX)
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent the company professionally in customer interactions
- Monitor cargo security and report any irregularities immediately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with hazmat endorsement preferred
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer steps safely
- Proficiency with ELD systems and route navigation technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
