Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records via ELD systems
- Build strong relationships with clients and dispatch teams
- Optimize route efficiency to meet delivery timelines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with ELD systems and route planning tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling (preferred)
