Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules with 99% on-time performance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and documentation
- Deliver freight to distribution centers with precision and professionalism
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Uphold all FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in last 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with ELD systems and route navigation technology
- Strong safety record and defensive driving skills
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to cross-train for multiple dedicated lanes
