Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Inspect and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Build client relationships through professional service
- Utilize Qualcomm GPS for real-time navigation
- Participate in quarterly safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb trailer ladders
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Midwest geography
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Basic computer literacy for ELD systems
