Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers on dedicated routes throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight while maintaining strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Utilize electronic logging systems (ELD) for accurate hours-of-service tracking
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Maintain clean and organized truck interior and exterior
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania roadways and regional logistics hubs
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
- Basic knowledge of freight documentation and bill of lading processing
- Ability to work independently while following company protocols
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips as required by dedicated routes
