Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the assigned zone in San Antonio, TX.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical functioning before and after routes.
- Accurately log delivery information, proof of deliveries, and mileage using our mobile app.
- Obtain electronic or physical signatures for all deliveries and handle returns or refused items according to company policy.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic smartphone proficiency to navigate routes and manage delivery logs.
