Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Utilize the mobile app to log delivery attempts, times, and route information accurately.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after shifts to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving delivery issues.
- Uphold company standards for package handling to prevent damage or loss.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan (Android or iOS) for navigation and reporting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for cash handling (if applicable) and route calculations.
