Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of packages, food, and essential goods throughout NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based communications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
