Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Minneapolis area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling packages with care.
- Use mobile applications to manage routes, track delivery status, and communicate with dispatch.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collect payment and secure signatures as required for each delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration and inspection.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology for GPS navigation and app usage.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN.
