Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring items are handled with care and placed in the correct order.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform basic pre-trip inspections.
- Follow GPS navigation and route instructions to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Report any vehicle damage or incidents immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local depot.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
