Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across the Portland metro area.
- Utilize our advanced GPS routing system to optimize your daily route and minimize fuel consumption.
- Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to ensure 5-star service ratings.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Accurately process electronic proof of deliveries (POD) using the mobile app.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are secured properly.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Reliable smartphone with high-speed data access for navigation and order management.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak evening hours.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the Portland, OR geography.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
