Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely manner.
- Verify recipient signatures and ensure proper handling of items.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Update delivery status and route information via the mobile app.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and communication.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and route calculations.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy items.
