Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses in Mesa
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes and time schedules using GPS navigation
- Inspect vehicle before/after shifts and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage cash transactions for COD deliveries and reconcile daily earnings
- Optimize routes to minimize delivery time and maximize daily earnings
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (commercial liability preferred)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and mileage tracking
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with food or package delivery preferred
