Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and food orders to customers within designated NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication
- Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness before/during/after shifts
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet time targets
- Handle cashless payments and digital transactions securely
- Report delivery issues or customer concerns to dispatch team
- Adhere strictly to NYC traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable GPS and data connectivity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
