Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and documents across Wichita and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery documentation
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in delivery or logistics field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Wichita area roadways and navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Background check and drug test clearance required
