Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages, documents, and medical supplies across Houston
- Maintain precise delivery logs and electronic manifests using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during on-site interactions and delivery confirmations
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time deliveries
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic fleet management software
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
