Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages, documents, and medical supplies across Sacramento
- Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures
- Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch team during deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class C or B) preferred
- 1+ years of professional driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
