Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times, performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues on-site.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and process receipts as required.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, tracking, and logging delivery information.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar logistics role.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using mobile applications for navigation and logging.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
