Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and documents within Phoenix metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time tracking via GPS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups/drop-offs
- Perform vehicle safety checks and routine maintenance reporting
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using traffic-aware navigation
- Handle fragile, temperature-sensitive, or high-value items with care
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient load management
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class C) or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro streets and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maneuver packages safely
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service aptitude
- Pass background check and drug screening
