Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient local delivery routes within Minneapolis and surrounding areas.
- Load, unload, and organize packages with care to prevent damage.
- Verify package contents and addresses before and after delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Complete daily logs and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable smartphone for route updates and communication.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
