Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to residential and commercial locations throughout the Kansas City metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients and ensuring packages are delivered with care.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain electronic signatures for all shipments.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after shifts.
- Update delivery status in real-time via our mobile dispatch application.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate using GPS and mapping software.
- Proficient with smartphones and tablet devices for dispatch communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
