Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Obtain and verify signatures for delivered parcels.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each route to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Update delivery status accurately in the company's tracking system.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology for navigation and delivery updates.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data plan required.
