Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and documents within Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and route interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize daily routes for efficiency and punctuality
- Handle specialized deliveries requiring temperature control or security protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic tech systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Minneapolis metro streets and traffic patterns
