Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Jacksonville metro area.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Inspect vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs before starting the route.
- Collect payment or obtain signatures for COD (Cash on Delivery) and signature-required items.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery records and time spent on the road.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Proof of auto insurance and registration.
