Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages, documents, and medical supplies across Dallas and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time performance
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and package verification
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate in varied weather conditions
- Proficient with GPS navigation and mobile tracking applications
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for electronic documentation
