- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and business partners
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain strict adherence to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
