Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial destinations throughout Miami
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our GPS tracking system and mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with recipients
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Handle special deliveries requiring careful handling or temperature control
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently while following company protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
