Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages, documents, and goods to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo and verify package integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Arlington-area streets and navigation tools
- Pass background check and drug screening
