Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and freight to designated locations within Nashville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address client inquiries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while adhering to traffic regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and adjust routes dynamically
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments at warehouse and client locations
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology systems
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
- Knowledge of Nashville metropolitan area and surrounding counties
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude
