Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to various customer locations within Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
- Verify delivery addresses and inspect packages for damage before transit.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure accident-free driving.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service upon delivery.
- Log delivery activities accurately using handheld scanners or mobile applications.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines without rushing.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no major moving violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for navigation.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs independently.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
