Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the El Paso metro area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every shift.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Process and handle cash or digital transactions accurately and securely.
- Log delivery status updates in the company tracking system in real-time.
- Promptly report any vehicle issues, accidents, or customer complaints to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for tracking software and handheld devices.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local facility.
