Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for time-sensitive package deliveries throughout El Paso County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during package handoffs and route interactions
- Perform pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks daily
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Handle fragile, high-value, or temperature-sensitive packages with care
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and surrounding areas
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from our Gateway Blvd depot
- Pass background check and drug screening
