Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate package deliveries to residential and commercial addresses throughout Columbus.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices and GPS navigation apps to optimize delivery routes.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle returns or complaints gracefully.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash transactions and digital payment processing securely.
- Complete daily delivery logs and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for delivery work (or willingness to drive a company vehicle).
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and GPS navigation tools.
- Strong time management skills and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
