Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and medical supplies across designated Chicago routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Class D Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent training
- Strong knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
