Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, documents, and medical supplies across Charlotte and surrounding areas
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and obtain electronic signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in all weather conditions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
