Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive materials across Arlington and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal condition
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to plan efficient routes and adhere to delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Handle special delivery requirements with confidentiality and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with commercial vehicle familiarity
- Strong knowledge of Arlington metropolitan area and surrounding cities
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and basic navigation technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
