Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive materials
- Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS technology to meet strict deadlines
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
