Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and documents within Sacramento and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and professional interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages using proper lifting techniques
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time deliveries and fuel efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with smartphone navigation and basic technology
- Background check and drug test clearance required
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Knowledge of Sacramento area streets and traffic patterns preferred
