- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and documents on designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure efficient on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia area streets and neighborhoods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
