Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages, documents, and medical supplies across Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and maintain detailed delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions and delivery confirmations
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and delays
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with minimum 2 years experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
