Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver time-sensitive packages throughout Wichita and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our digital tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup/dropoff interactions
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintenance as required
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and punctuality
- Handle fragile or high-value items with specialized care protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Wichita metropolitan area
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Pass background check and drug screening
