Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages to designated Nashville locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status
- Handle fragile or high-value items with specialized care protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse/client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Nashville metro area geography
