Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated destinations using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure punctual and efficient service
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and route adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred but not required
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Proficiency in GPS navigation and smartphone applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
