Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver packages, documents, and goods to designated locations within San Antonio metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Safeguard high-value or time-sensitive items with proper handling procedures
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update statuses in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Proof of auto insurance meeting company liability requirements
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with GPS navigation and smartphone delivery apps
