Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents using company vehicles within Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service during package pickups and deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and clients in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia streets and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
