We are a fast-growing logistics provider committed to safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels and freight to our business and residential clients across the Austin metropolitan area.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans to transport freight and packages to designated addresses in Austin and surrounding areas.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the vehicle is clean and mechanically sound.
- Load and unload cargo securely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including electronic proof of delivery (POD) and mileage records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates and issues.
- Keep the company vehicle interior and exterior clean at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems (e.g., Google Maps, Qualcomm) and route planning software.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
