Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles on designated routes in and around the Tulsa area and beyond.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring weight distribution and securing loads per DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily driver logs in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and report any maintenance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and traffic laws to minimize risk and ensure fleet safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience (hazmat, tanker, or flatbed experience is a plus).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
