Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on a regional route.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and DOT documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR or Regional driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and background check.
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
