Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Deliver goods to designated locations on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A (or willingness to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience is preferred, but we hire motivated trainees.
- Must pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift and carry cargo weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and overtime as needed.
